Bio:

My name is LaTisha Davis and I am the Associate Director in the TRIO Supportive Educational Services office. I also serve as Director of Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS), Coordinator of Opening Paths to Individual Opportunity (OPTIONS), Co-Advisor for the Black Student Union (BSU), Advisor for Fearless Individuals Reaching Success Together (FIRST), and Advisor for UNITY Hip Hop Dance Crew. Before working for TRIO SES & STEM, I served as an advisor in the Undergraduate Advising Center at KU.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wichita State University, which is located in my hometown of Wichita, KS, and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Baker University. I’m currently a second-year doctoral student in the Ed.D Higher Education Administration program.

In my free time, I enjoy, cheering on my son at his many sporting events, spending time with family and friends, traveling, visiting museums and historical sites, volunteering in the community, collecting vinyl records, and listening to live music.
